On October 5, 2022, BH Co., Ltd. established BH EVS, a specialized automotive parts company by acquiring the mobile wireless charging business for vehicles of LG Electronics' Electrics Division.

In addition to vehicle mobile wireless charging business, which is its main business, BH EVS is also expanding its business into the communication area, including various automotive wireless charging solutions, mid-range power wireless charging solutions, and NFC (Near Field Communication) where wireless charging and technology convergence are taking place. Recently, it has been preparing a new automotive battery solution business in line with the expansion of the electric vehicle market.
