We attempt to communicate with stakeholders by establishing an ESG promotion system that can create ESG performance systematically and continuously.

ESG management promotion system

In order to actively promote ESG management, BH regularly holds ESG management meetings attended by key executives in marketing, manufacturing, quality, R&D, safety, health and environment, including the CEO, to review, manage, and supervise ESG issues related to domestic and overseas business activities and corporate operations.

Materiality assessment

BH comprehensively analyzes the domestic and international industrial environment and global sustainability management initiatives in order to identify and derive key issues that can affect overall sustainability, and collects opinions from internal and external stakeholders to identify ESG issues and potential risks that affect the company and reflects the results in the company's mid- to long-term management strategy.
